2018 Wine Selections

 Sofia Blanc de Blanc

This sparkling wine is a rare blend of Pinot Blanc, Muscat and Riesling.  It has an alluring perfume of fresh notes of white peaches, orange blossoms and honey.  This complements the palate with gentle sweetness of ripe apples and pears with subtle hints of bright citrus lime and honeysuckle to make this wine lightly textured and vibrant through the finish.

Domaine Fournier Sancerre

This wine has rich aromas of lilac and blackcurrant that helps to express the start of ripe pear followed by melon across the palate.  Towards the finish a burst of lemon and white grapefruit round out the crisp minerality.

Daou Chardonnay

The fragrant nose displays aromas of pineapple, Asian pear and vanilla crème with toasted almonds; while the texture is creamy and smooth with crisp and vibrant acidity. Across the palate is white peaches, melons and lemon zest with underlying tropical notes of banana, papaya and pineapple. The finish is long and very clean, leaving you with sensations of citrus and warm vanilla.

Bluegray Priorat

The balance and elegance of this wine is expressed from start to finish.  It has ripe and focused black cherry and blackberry flavors which are accented by licorice, mineral and dark chocolate notes with well-integrated tannins throughout.

Stella Rosa Black

This primarily Brachetto wine boasts incredible fresh ripe strawberries along with black cherries and blackberries.  It is very rich and seductively sweet across the palate with a clean and crisp bubbly finish.
